Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to complete new patient forms, or bring the completed forms with you on your first visit. Please also bring the names of medications or natural supplements you are taking as well as any lab or test results.
Insurance
Bring your insurance information with you at the time of the appointment. If you’re unsure about your coverage, contact your insurance provider prior to your appointment. For patients without insurance, payment is required at the time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
Length of appointment
The length of your appointment will vary according to the type of treatment you receive. Typically, first appointments last 60 to 90 minutes, during which time the practitioner formulates a treatment plan that is best for you. Most appointments include an initial interview, as well as other exams appropriate to your symptoms or concerns.
